Extremely poor service!!

I bought furniture to be delivered on 02/12 they couldn't confirm a time but ensured me that the driver will phone 1hr before so I can get home from work. Driver phones when he is AT my gate! Got home-unpacked everything on the pavement Inside I noticed not everything was delivered. Then they told me it all gets delivered by different people (well how convenient to ORGANIZE time off work) Assembling things 2 items were broken! Phoned the warehouse- need to phone the branch, who didnt get back to me like they said, ALSO some of the things were OUT OF STOCK of which they didnt inform me beforehand. Later the warehouse phones to confirm delivery of orders of the other/broken items. Expecting delivery of my COUCH SUNDAY MORNING, they swop the broken table in the AFTERNOON.Monday the couch comes- they dont phone me! Let random person sign for it and thus it got left in the rain! Couch also broken-I phone the manager at the branch to complain. Salesperson says it should be swopped, warehouse says their out of stock! 1 item still needs to come and 2 swopped. Phoned them and asked they should phone 30min BEFORE, but again they didnt! Basically should have taken 3/4 days NOW 2 WEEKS and still not sorted
