In november 2012 i placed an order for 2 items with zando.after paying the order was confirmed and i received an email to say the order was being shipped.soon after another email stated one of the items was out of stock, i requested a refund, to date i have not received this.however a few days later when the second item arrived in the incorrect size, i had to fight for them to acknowledge the mistake and apologise.taking to hellopeter i was finally contacted.to date only the product delierved and returned was refunded as a voucher after i asked for the cash back as i no longer wanted to shop with Zando for the inconvenience.payment for the out of stock item is still not refunded and i have had no communication from them.
