This is the third time I am complaining about the lack of delivery of my parcel a1000898194. Fedex said that they came to my home to deliver my order on Monday 3rd December at 16H30, at that time it was pouring with rain and I was at home yet no one arrived to do a delivery. I do not want to say that the courier company but no delivery was made, totally unacceptable. On Thursday 6th I phone Kalahari and was reassured that delivery would take place on Thursday, I phoned Kalahari again on Monday 9th December and I was again told that my parcel was out on delivery and that the courier would phone me before they made delivery, again no phone call and no delivery. Please insure delivery ASAP. I feel that I should receive my money back and my goods as would happen in other countries if this happened
