Pre-order gone wrong

I placed a pre-order with [URL Removed] for Gran Turismo 6 on 12 November 2013. The order number was 1000729787.

The expectation when placing a pre-order is that the customer should receive the game on the launch date. This is not an unreasonable expectation since I live in Pretoria (a major centre), which should realise delivery on the same day the order is dispatched.

I got an email notification 00:20 am on 6 December that my order was dispatched. After two pointless calls to the kalahari call centre on the 6th at 15:00 and 16:45, my order has still not been delivered. Today is the 10th of December, 4 days after the release date. What I was told when I called was that my order was only really dispatched at 8:15 on the 6th and not when the notification mail was sent.

I would not advise anybody to use [URL Removed] pre-order service. Their call centre apologises but does nothing to remedy the situation.
