I bought a Toshiba laptop. It was the display unit as it was the last one. After 45 min I was off with my laptop. At home I found that there was a password on the laptop. I called and they phoned me back with the password. Then there popped a demo program with a password. Took me several call and no password. Went back the next day and they "removed" the password and program. When I took the laptop to my IT Company to load my programs for me, the demo program was back. After the sales manager and office manager guaranteed me that the program will not appear again. IT Company had to reload windows to get rid of the stupid demo program and now I am liable for the cost??? Is that fair???
