I ordered a game from [URL Removed] 29 November, I made immediate payment this was a pre order for Injustice amongs us, when game was released I checked to see my game is on hold awaiting payment I wrote an email on 2 December asking what was going on to support at Kalahari, NO REPLY whatsoever, I wrote another email on the 4th of december no reply once again, till this day no reply via email I phoned em on December 7 spoke to a person says he will look what is going on and phone me back on monday, monday came and went NO CALL, I phoned them just now and at last it is off hold, that same game was on sale from steam for $ 25 - 00 had I known this is the service I would receive from them I would not have bothered,
