I bought a ipad 2 from hi tfg store from canale walk. i also take the insurance with it when i bought it. few days ago my car was broken and they my ipad and car redio. i made a claim with tfg and they told me after a week that my claim is declined. because they only can approved it if the i get robbed or hijacked. i dont know much about their terms and conditions. but i didnt find anything like that on their terms and condition on the papers that they give me when i signed.
