Well done to Kalahari who delivered my package to the Sandton City Post Office, without letting me know. Despite my request for Kalahari to correct their mistake, I had to fetch my package from the Post Office myself as I ordered the book as an eaarly Christmas gift - due tomorrow! This defeats the purpose of online ordering and the luxury of getting your package at an address of your convenience.
Rather don't offer free delivery over the Christmas period if you can't handle the volumes / deliver on you promises. You wasted my time, petrol and parking money!
I'm very disappointed in your service Kalahari.
