I am completely outraged by Jet/Edgars airtime-top up company RMCS who have fradulantly obtained my number and turned it into a contract number.
i recently lost my phone and i wanted to do a SIM SWAP last week, only to find out that my phone was on contract with this RMCS company. Edgars employee (ITU) call their call centre for my sim swap the only says they will cum back to me after 24 hrs, 24 hours passed i went back to edgards in woodlands and they said they will cum back after 48 hours. 48 hours has been passed no one called me regarding the matter.
i am so with RMCS can they please cancel the contract
