we bought a stove on the 26-10-2013 and the cashier said if the stove damage we can bring the stove back, even if we dont have the proove of payment, she even wrote the date and her name with the stamp in the box.
on the 1st of december i went there with the stove cause its damaged, the manager didnt care and he was not interested, he just said he cant help me causr i dont have the receipt, i explained what happened but he was not interested, i asked him that does it mean if i dont have a proove of payment ive lost my money you cant help me with anything, he said unfortunately YES.so now we are stucked with the stove that its not working
