On Saturday I visited the store in Clearwater and made some purchases. I wanted to pay with my Game card and was told that I needed "authorisation". Firstly I waited for more than 25 minutes at the till like an while the supervisor called for this authorisation. After waiting then she told me the system is offline and they couldn't process any purchases with Game cards. This is totally unacceptable as I feel there should have been more proactive communication around this issue. And sadly I had to pay cash for something that I really needed but couldn't use my Game card which I maintain extremely well!!!
