About a month ago we pulled into your Malibongwe branch at 13h55 - unaware that the store was about to close at 14h00. The traffic at this intersection is hectic, and as we finally managed to turn right into your entrance, followed by two other cars (!) we were greeted by your security quickly pulling your gate closed in front of our vehicle leaving us trapped and nearly causing an accident! Firstly this is exceptionally rude, could your security guard not allow us to drive inside, do a u-turn and drive out? We were then forced, like the other cars behind us, to reverse into on-coming traffic. Secondly we were so angered by this rude treatment after being refused to do a u-turn that we shouted at the guard "why are you so rude? " only to have him shout back ' you'. Now we admit that shouting is not the right way to handle any situation, however your staff should not be shouting back. Thirdly, the time was 13h55 so technically your store is still open. One thing I can say is I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER SUPPORT YOUR STORE OR YOUR FRANCHISE AGAIN. Thank you for nearly causing an accident and endangering our lives by forcing us to reverse into speeding oncoming traffic.
