I bought my wedding ring from American Swiss 2012, it broke at the back where they made it smaller. I took it back to them to repair in September/October 2013, I got it back and it is not even 4months and it is broken again. We bought my husbands wedding band the same day we took my ring in, and it is broken as well. Every time it cost us plenty to get the rings fixed, and it breaks within a few months.
This is unacceptable as we cannot pay for rings to be fixed every few months, when a person buy's something expensive like this you expect it to last a couple of years. I won't ever buy something from American Swiss again if this is the quality of the jewelry/jewellers work who fixes it.
