I ordered on line gifts for christmas. On the the website it states 2-5 working days for delivery. It has been 7 days, no delivery. I have e-mailed, no response. I phoned the call centre, the person was very unhelpful and told me the package will only be here on monday, the problem is, we closed today for december holidays. So there will be nobody at the office to collect the package. We live on a farm, and it is very difficult to get to our physical address. I had to supply an alternative address fot the package to be delivered on monday. I am very dissapointed in the service delivery. I would have been much faster to go to a red square store or edgars and purchase the itmes myself. I will never use this online service again or reccommend it to anyone.
