My cousin & I recently shopping at game with twin toddlers lost a purse. She retraced her steps back in the store & cld not find it, as she was busy watching her kids she believed it was in the trolley. She reported it to the security & called me 2 assist her in retrieving it. I asked if we wld b able 2 view camera footage & the 1st response was there are no cameras but when I looked arnd there wer cameras & I asked what are those then to be told Oh there are cameras but they dnt work. I then asked to speak to a store manager as I did not understand why a big store like game had no cameras and why they had not being fixed. We waited a good half an hour for a store manager as response was he was too busy in his office to attend to us. In the meantime a staff member advised be carefull with our stuff and my response was, are you aware she is attending to 2 babies whom she was obviously paying more attention to. Eventually a guy claiming to b store manager comes & asks them to retrace her steps 2 the aisles she walked by & suddenly there was the purse on the floor. NB she had rechecked several times.my safety as customer??? in question? staff loyalty?? in question, people orientation?
