Where are my goods?

I bought some goods on takealot, that were delivered to the post office?? I didn't even select which post office They could send it to. This error on there site needs to be corrected. I was expecting my goods to be delivered to me at work! When contacted, I was told it would take 2 days for my goods to redelivered to me, and that I must go and fetch the goods myself. In other words we are sorry we know there is an error on our site, but we cant fix your issue, so you should do it yourself. Now I must drive out there during working hours, using my petrol to fetch something that was delivered free of charge? I should be billing takealot for the delivery! Last time I use this site!
