Incorrect pricing and horrendous attitude

Edgars advertised & sent emails & SMS notifications on the 50% discount being offered on certain items so i decided to visit the store. Do you know that a consumer cannot see the prices being scanned by the cashier & I don't understand this as the consumer does not realize the price scanning differences until payment is processed. A number of items were scanning much more than the price tag & when I brought it to the cashier, Sizwe's attention he was irritated & annoyed with me & sighed & uttered words under his breath. In fact to make matters worst & after bringing the price differences to his attention, I had an item that did not have a price tag. He got another similar item to scan & lo and behold the item scans R329.95 when the price tag was R299.95. He very quickly scanned the item & threw the item with the price behind him. Upon me insisting on seeing the price tag I realized the difference & once again he began muttering & to add to it, your supervisor Cindy was just as rude cos she offered no apology & added to the sighs and mutterings. I escalated the issue to the manager on duty & left my details with her however Edgar's have chosen to ignore the matter.
