Spar should please refrain from advertising specials, i.e. the current one running and when customers arrive at the outlets the shelves are FULL OF EMPTINESS!! and that being at month end when customers do there monthly shopping!! When confronting the manager, customers are advised 1) sorry we are out of stock (oos); 2) U will not find it at any Spar in the area; 3) It was not delivered on time; 4) Ads were printed 6 mths ago & we were not informed of the specials coming, thus we did not stock up. Yes, the manager did promise to deliver the articles to my home BUT it still does not ease my frustration, irritation and inconvenience. I would also like to know whether Spar is going to deliver the oos articles for the couple of hundred other customers still to visit the outlets?
