Shocking Attitude!

It was my daughters birthday and we wanted to get her a Guess bag as usual. We rush to the Guess store in Springfield Value Centre, Durban. We we stuck in traffic and we reached the store about about 4h45pm and the door was closed. There we customers in the store. My wife pleaded with the staff to allow her in and she knew what she wanted so there would be no delay in purchasing. The staff just looked at us with a don't care attitude. My wife asked for the manager but she refused to come forward. I called the store manager this morning and all she could say was that we were three minutes late. Three minutes late? This attitude is neither acceptable nor good for the brand Guess. This manager with this unacceptable attitude is definitely going to damage the brand Guess. Business today needs more customers not turn customers away. We drove to Guess Pavilion. We purchased a bag and were very happy with the helpful staff.
