Won't take back faulty stove

I bought an Essentials Mini Oven on the 3/02/2013. The stove has a 1 year guarantee. Within the 1st month of purchase, one of the knobs came off. The hot plate on the left stopped working recently and my husband took the stove back to the store (Voortrekker Road, Kraaifontein) yesterday 3/12/2013. The Sales Manager at the store refused to take it back because there is rust on the stove. The stove is obviously bad quality because I didn't expect the stove to rust so soon. I then called the Call Centre and I spoke to Janet Remus who told me that they will not take it back. She was very arrogant and when I asked her name, she even spelt her surname without me asking. I want a new stove!
