Never Use Franke Geysers!!

I Purchased and installed a new Franke Geyser in 2011, which came with a 5 year warranty
In May 2012, the thermostat & stop valve was faulty and had to be replaced

Then again in July 2012, the thermostat & stop valve was faulty and had to be replaced again

Now just after a year later, the same thermostat and stop valve is faulty, and has to be replaced again, but now they are saying that the warranty on the replacement parts is only 3 months, but clearly the geyser cannot work without these components! Thus should be covered by the 5 year warranty!

This is the last time I ever buy a Franke product!!
