We ordered a whole bedroom set. Bed and mattress, pedestals and a dresser from the Centurion branch. When the goods was delivered, the me and the delivery guys noticed that the mattress had sustained water damage. The side of the mattress had black and brown stains all over.
When contacting Coricraft about the mattress they insisted on we send them photos of the damaged mattress.
I regard this as very arrogant. Making the problem ours. Why should we supply the proof of your damaged products when the delivery guys had noted damage to mattress on the invoice?
After phoning numerous times and talking to all kinds of people I was promised a response which, two days later I still have not received. I don't care for about apologies, don't bother. I just want a new, undamaged mattress we paid for!
