I applied for dept review with Siyaya dept help and it was my first time, I didn't know some of the things and I thought I could trust them and count on their help. They promised me that for the period of two months they would only be deducting their legal fees and they would freeze my account so that my creditors would not be able to get money from my account, creditors kept on calling me and threatening that they were gonna repossess my cars and they alluded to the fact that Siyaya dept help had not made any communication with them, it was now a struggle to communicate with Siyaya dept help as I would call and the attending personnel would ask for my I.D and cell phone numbers and would promise me that they would comeback to me but they wouldn't. I'm now faced with a huge challenge of loosing all my cars and now I'm told at Siyaya Dept Help that I did not pay their Legal Fees so they cant help me. They told me that I must provide them with my Banking details so that they would debit the money from my account of which I did, and they never provided me with theirs as they would be debiting them selves. I'm now left alone in the utter darkness.
