We experienced a break in in february where jewellery was. Our insurance company referred us to JRC for replacement of jewellery. We dealt with incompetance from the first day. we are currently still waiting for the jewellery which was promised to us by the first week of December by the owner, Mr Ian Furman. This service is shocking and I will never recommend their business to anyone.
