3DAYS late on store card reported to credit bureau

Woolworths does not accept early payments on store card accounts. Yet, if customers are a mere 3 days late with payment we are reported to the credit bureau. Not even a phone call reminder to pay or warning that you will be reported. SIS!!! WILL BE CLOSING MY WOOLWORTH'S ACCOUNT
Disgusting customer service. I have had this account for over 10 years..
