I went on Furnworld website wanting to buy a couches, phoned and spoke to Andre. I explained to him the colour, the material as bull denim, and that you can take the cover off and where I saw the couch, he confirmed all my questions and gave me the name after I said so name on the website also no Price. After I paid, and organised the delivery myself, the wrong couches where sent, when I phoned them to say its the wrong ones he said that the only ones in that colour, . And I said to him, but this is not what we discussed he made me feel like its my fault! The ones they sent, is not sand, you cannot take the covers off and does not have alot of pillows on... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
A quick buck to make on people cost is not right especially if you look at their advertisement... I am so unhappy!!! And that before Christmas!!!
