On Saturday I went to Midas for a complete service kit for my car. I drive a 1998 model Opel Corsa. Before I made the purchase I double checked with the clerk that he gave me the correct spark plugs for the car I drive because the last time I purchased a service kit from Midas they gave me the wrong spark plugs and when I went back to the store to report this, they told me that they could not refund me or exchange it for the correct ones. I trusted that I had the correct spark plugs this time only to find that they don't fit AGAIN!!! Everything else in the kit fits the car perfectly fine. How many more times am I supposed to buy spark plugs before I get a pair that fits properly? The exact same thing happened when I bought a accelerator cable from Midas - I was given a cable for the wrong model and I was unable to exchange or refund it. This is absolute BS!!! I don't have the time or the money to be going through all this nonsense just for a proper set of spark plugs. When i walk into a spares shop I trust that the person behind the counter knows what he/she is doing. This is clearly not the case with Midas!!!
