I purchased a Nokia Lumia 520 from the Dion wired Online Store; however the phone was faulty upon arrival. I phoned the Dion wired Online Shopping Customer Service hotline on 0861 426 323. I held the line for 15mins without success and had to hang up as it felt my call will never be answered. I also sent a mail to both the email addressed listed on the website without a single reply from one of them. I am now sitting with a defective device which I paid for but cannot use.
This serves as a warning to anyone looking to purchase something from Dion wired. PLEASE DON'T! There is absolutely NO after sales service. I for one will never in my life buy anything from them again as they did absolutely NOTHING to rectify the situation I am in. PATHETIC SERVICE Dion wired!
I should have read through all the complaints against Dion wired before making a purchase. Lesson learnt!
