I purchased the Angela headboard and base set from the @Home Sandton branch on 25 September 2013 (Order no. 255681), which was subsequently delivered to my then residence in October 2013.
The item in question requires assembly, however upon hearing that the base set would later be transported to my new residence in November 2013, the delivery men refused to assemble same as they insisted that the base set would be damaged whilst being transported. The delivery men stated that I should contact the branch once I had moved and they would assemble the base set at my new residence.
I am utterly appalled with @home's level of service. Its weeks later and I have made numerous calls to the Sandton branch, but I still have an unassembled base set! The branch has advised that they have mailed the distribution centre but they have received no response back.
