I visit your store today in Francistown. The shop was very busy. As I got to the pay point there was two lines clients waiting. One line was at the fitting rooms and the other line waiting to pay. As I got to the front there was another line on the other side that we did not see. The one staff member at the counter helped the lady in front of me and when I went to the pay point counter I could here this client talking in her language to the lady that was busy helping me and I knew that she was going to complain, so the staff member told me that I must go back in the line waiting my turn after standing in the line for almost fifteen minutes! She was very and rude to me in front of all the customers so I left my few items on the counter in front of her and left the store. Your staff is not trained at all especially in customer service. One of your staff member could helped the clients to line in one line as the shop was very busy??? but no one make the effort to do so not even the staff at the pay point counter.
