I wanted assistance to buy my daugthers ipads that were on special, 30Nov2013. After more than 10 mins without asisstance I happen to ask Kavesh for help. He scans the iPad 4 9.7" for R 2, 999.00 that was displayed on Demo. I really Wanted to buy the item, but he did not know the products very well. He then calls the specialist of the department. I told him I should buy the item at that price and I want to, but the he wants to sell the last demo to me (which is not in Working order and informs me there is no Stock. How could I buy a damaged item. I also pointed out that I have alerted him to the incorrect price tag. As the customer protection act states, you pay the price you see. If Game is not going to honour the price I saw, I will have no alternate but to refer this matter to the Customer Protection services to resolve on my behalf. I feel that Kavesh claimed there was no stock because I wanted to pay the price I saw once the unit was scanned.
