I have spoken to several Clicks Direct Medicines customer care staff about a mistake that has been made with my medicine and no one has so far helped me. After I have repeatedly asked that they do not send me generic version of my medication they once again sent the generic version of Lamicton to me this month (which isn't as effective as the original). I can't return it and this is not the first time that it has happened. Basically I don't have the right medication for the month of December. My health is poor and it seems that Clicks is not interested in helping me.
