I went in 2 days ago to have a large format panoramic photo print done, spoke to a staff member and he assured me it would be ready to collect the following afternoon, i arrived the next day, only to be told by him, that they had forgotten to print it, i came back the following day, only to receive my print, badly wrapped up in a normal photo envelope, the edges not even cut straight. useless presentation for a R 230 photo print.( ever thought of an envelope)
this is now the 3rd complaint I've had trying to print at this store, i will never return, useless service, no apology, thats obviously how it works at foto first
