Loot wants to penalize for damaged goods!

So after only good dealings with Loot in the past, its seems they have shown their true colors when one of their products gets returned.

I bought a wireless router extender, advertised on the Loot site as being able to extend the range of my old router to 500feet, up to 12 time faster and 4 times futher etc etc. got home, set it up, and it could barely connect to my computer 25feet away in the room next door AND when it did connect, it was slower than what my modem by itself was.

Took it back to Loot the next day. They respond by saying it may need a firmware upgrade - well i dont care - it does not say on the box "Firmware upgrade required in order to function"!

Since I discovered that this is standard complaint for this device I asked for a refund so I can buy something else.

Now Loot wants to charge me 15% penalty / handling fee to refund me, for a product that is either defective or does not perform as advertised!!

I do not want the rubbish product and I want a full refund so I can buy something else.

Get to it.
