Dear Incredible Connection, you need to urgently hire someone to review your adverts BEFORE they go to the print, or you need to fire the person responsible for this job with immediate effect!! A friend and I went to your store for the 2.5" 2Tb External Hard drive "special" for R899, only to be informed on arrival of the by-now-so-familiar story of "it was a misprint". I can recall numerous times where this has happened and then you very conveniently print an A4 color page informing shoppers of the misprint and apologizing for any inconvenience. You need to realize that the reputational loss (you are the laughing stock of our office) you suffer now and in the long run, by far outweighs the couple of bucks you "save" by not honoring your advertisements.
The next time you advertise "an excellent offer", I'm not going to waste my time and money to even go and determine if the offer is valid or just yet again a mistake.
