I submitted a complaint directly on the Pick 'n Pay website over a week ago and I have not received any feedback to date.
It related to the Nature Source's muesli being on promotion but upon arriving at the tills, I was overcharged for some of the different Nature Source's muesli flavours. Upon enquiring this with the supervisor, I was advised this was correct. In summary, the advert does not exclude any flavours from the promotion but only 3 of the flavours are in fact discounted. This is misleading advertising and needs to be addressed.
I would also like to highlight the fact that I have received no feedback since my initial complaint, this creates a very poor impression of the customer relations department of Pick 'n Pay.
