No response on broken fridge under guarantee

In March 2012 my domestic worker bought a fridge (with a 2-year guarantee) at OK Furniture in Somerset West. The fridge stopped working early January 2013. On 8 January 2013 she went to the branch to complain. On 14 January an OK representative went to her house to check the fridge and he told her it would be replaced. In that same week she received a call to confirm that the fridge would be replaced.By 28 January she hadn't heard anything, so she went to OK Furniture in Somerset West again who told her they would follow up first thing next morning (29 Jan). 12.30 on Tuesday (29 Jan) the representative from OK Furn in S West called, telling her that the new fridge would be delivered that same day. Nothing happened. It is high summer and she has been without a fridge for more than 3 weeks! Please deliver the fridge today!
