Purchased a watch on the 24th November. I queried the warranty certicate/ manual and advised that it did not come with one. I purchased and said i wanted the manual sourced. Manager took no details from me.
Went back to the store today. They advised that the watch did come with a manual, but do not know what happened to it. Thats it. No offer to source one from another shop/ manufacturer or anything. Quite happy to the the purchase unresolved. Shocking attitude from a Manager with all her staff standing around her.
How am i supposed to set the watch and return if something happens to it/. Total lack of accountabilty and ownership of the problem, Bad store and supply management and terrible customer service. I will be talking to the 26 000 people i work with.
