After receiving no help from the staff at OK Furniture with regards to a Bauer CD-Player I was looking for, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I then found a similar CD-Player at on sale at House and Home, it was R50 more expensive, but it was fine because I have a R180 Canal walk gift card to spend.
I tried calling the Canal Walk branch to confirm stock availability, but the line seemed to be busy. I then confirmed on the website that the number was correct. When I went to Canal walk I was shocked to find that House & Home in Canal Walk had permanently closed down.
Why was this not mentioned on your website? Their contact details should at the very least have been removed the site.
So, for all my time and trouble I'm still no closer to getting the CD Player I actually want. I can either get it from one of your other branches, at a R50 premium without the help of my R180 Canal Walk Voucher, or I'll have to try and reason with the less-than-helpful staff at OK Furniture.
