Game staff get preferential service

I went to exchange something @ Game they gave me a voucher and then I went to the jewelry counter to get another product they send me to the tellers to pay. There was a very long queue and only 4 teller on duty. While I was waiting a Game staff member come from the other side off the till with a trolley of groceries and start to unpack it at one of the tills she was helped by the cashiers who was well aware that she was not standing in the queue like us. She did not only buy for herself but paid three time for different people. When it was eventully my turn after half an hour there was a problem with the voucher, they had to call the manager to override. I took the oportunity to race my complaint with him and he did not finished listen to my complaint and immediately defend to say that the guy did stand in the queue. I corrected him to say I was talking about a lady (staff member) he just said to me sorry he did not saw it. It make me feel like I was lying to him. He did appoligise but I am not happy with the way he was dealing with my complaint. All the people in the queue was also very frustrated. I will think twice if I have to go there again. Why only 4 teller on a peak period
