FED UP WITH EDCON & EDGARS

In the beginning of the year I opened up an Edgars account.
I spent on it obviously... And I received statements in the post for what I owed them - for 3 months. Then for the next 3 months I didn't receive any statements - so I did not know how much I owed or how much I needed to pay, so i paid an acceptable amount every month religiously (and kept proof of payment from my bank). But I got fed up with the lack of statements!

So I called the call center - my calls were on hold for 10 minutes at a time to which I eventually hung up.
I then emailed through their email option on their website... After I threatened to Hello Peter them, I got a call back. And they suggested I get my statements emailed to me every month - so I took that option.

TRUE IS, I NEVER RECEIVED MY BANK STATEMENT!!! So I emailed them once more and when someone finally called back, they told me it was the server on their side that was the problem. I asked for the statement to be requested and the man said that he had done it and it would be received within 72 working hours (so the following week Tuesday). That was 2 weeks ago and I still have not received my bank statement for NOVEMBER!
