Once again I have sent my couch in for repairs and again it is now 5 weeks and they have not even started working on it. Was told that the purchase order for the repairs was only done today (26/11/2013). How long does it take to send it?? The area manager said to the branch manager that he as the branch manager will see to the repair process himself and he has now passed the buck and that person has now also.
I have said it before and also said to all the people that will listen to me that once again house and home don't offer customer service but love passing the buck to someone else and running up my phone bill to find out what is going on
