On 09/09/2013 I entered Truworths store in Pretoria Menlyn, to check sale items as an account holder for -20yrs. I greeted by a female security guard, who was then joined by a male security guard and a white lady. In full view of customers. The white lady the security guard I was the one, and they agreed.
I was told I am not welcome in the shop,
I asked since when do customers get asked such question and what was going on, the white lady told me that she is the area manager of the shop and reserves the right of admission, that I must made to sign a trespass form and never to set foot in truworths.
The manager phoned someone to send her a picture and when she did, they looked at it the AND agreed that it was the one. I then asked the female guard what was going on, then she said I look like someone whom they caught shoplifting on 31/08/2013. And I tried to explain to them that I am not that person.
