I was at game yesterday trying to buy a wardrobe the ones you can fold up I went to shelves 22 and found what im looking for and was priced R199.00 to my surprise when I came to the till it scanned R469.00 when I tried to take this up the lady at the info centre phoned the store manager and the store manager just said sorry R469.00 is the price
I run a retail business myself and I know for a fact through past experiences your pricing must be correct
The store manager didn't even come down or up to the info centre to help me and that's just bad service.
going into the silly season this deems a big problem
