I am currently looking for a ring to propose to my girlfriend now this is meant to be a happy time exciting time in a persons life until I walked into sterns in Alberton city the store was empty three ladies behind the till area not one person helping me they were too busy trying on their product they were meant to be selling than helping there only customer I ask them to see there white gold rings I get three rings thrown on the table and she walks straight back to the other tellers to try on a watch. so to get a better price on the ring I wanted I asked if I can open an account I fill in the account details they said I would no later that afternoon if it was successful or not that was almost a week ago and still waiting I have emailed sterns phone but nothing comes from it and hopefully something comes from this because talk about a attitude I will go back to the store get the employees details and take it further myself
