Yesterday I took 5 people to your Rosebank store to get the water shoes as advertised in your Xmas brochure, that states that stock will be in store from 17 Nov.
Needless after having to deal with your many incompetent and completely disinterested staff members, we were told they hadn't arrived yet, and that the one person that tried to help eventually said he didn't know if and when they would arrive.
How can you advertise stock you don't have?
