Pre Order not scheduled for delivery

I pre ordered an item from [URL Removed] on the 30th of October 2013. The delivery date was given on delivery as 22 November 2013.

On the order the delivery also states 22 November 2013. On checking the status today, the status is set as "Order on its way".

I decided to phone the Mr Delivery call centre to make sure delivery will happen, and the agent informed me that the parcel was not yet sent, but that she might be able to schedule it for delivery before 16:00 today.

I find it unacceptable that they would give a delivery date on the pre order, confirm that on their website, yet I was lucky that I followed up or else it would not have been delivered.

If I don't get this today, I will not buy anything from [URL Removed] again. Cannot commit and then not deliver.
