After ordering a 24 hour item I have still not received the item... After 8 days... But that is not the problem all a sudden I get an email that I cancelled my order. I messaged them with a computer response coming from them... I then called them to find out what the problem is? They admitted that they made a mistake... I needed the item for a birthday present on Sunday... Somebody called me back and promised me if I replace (but having to pay again, because the refund takes a few days) my order and make the payment I would have the item the same afternoon. I thought this is great service from them, so I did. She would have gotten back to me...
So now... Kalahari had my money, I have no item... And per definition of, Kalahari is guilty of... Should I go to the police open a case and then go to media 24 regarding this, because on the site I can see this is not an isolated case where kalahari doesn't deliverer...
