I previously had a bad run in with Edgards/Edcon. Someone with a very similar name to me had a credit account in arrears, and in the process of tracking him down, Edcon somehow landed up with my contact information, and continually harassed me over a period of a few months via phone, sms and email, threatening to blacklist me. Thank goodness the harassment stopped after I lost it on the phone with yet another consultant after being threatened yet again! Funny part is, I DON'T EVEN HAVE AN EDGARS ACCOUNT, I only have a loyalty Card.
Needless to say I am left with a bitter taste in my mouth. I am STILL getting email from Edcon, including marketing email, even after I have unsubscribed from it all numerous times. I want do not want to be associated with Edgars and Edcon at ALL. I want my loyalty account cancelled and ALL my details removed every computer system they have.
