Tried to make a purchase from [URL Removed] this morning.
When I clicked "Order Now", I got the message "Your payment could not be processed".
Assuming I entered my Credit Card Details incorrectly, I tried again, with the same result.
Then I got 2 in-contact messages from my bank stating the amount was "reserved for purchase"
basically I had been billed twice and still didn't have an order.
I then picked up the phone and called the Call Center.
I was told that they were experiences payment problems and I needed to send them proof and they would reverse the payments.
I went onto internet banking, but because the payments are "reserved for purchase" they don't show up on my statement yet.
I phone my bank to try have the issue resolved and they need permission from the merchant in order to reverse the "purchases"
I explained the issue, so my bank conference calls Kalahari and myself and Kalahari still want proof.
45 minutes down the line and no resolution yet.
Kalahari should remove the checkout functionality from their site until their problem is resolved, as they are being very difficult about a problem THEY caused.
Will hesitate to use the site ever again, NO customer service.
